Harmonie State Park
A local treasure just up the road in New Harmony is Harmonie State Park. This place is beautiful year-round, so imagine just how especially breath-taking it will be with the fall foliage! Whether you want to rent a cabin, camp in a tent, or make a day trip for a hike, New Harmony is practically in our backyard so your options stay open.

Lincoln State Park
Not only is Lincoln State Park historical, it is also one of the most beautiful places to visit in the fall. A short 35 miles from Evansville, Lincoln State Park is perfect for a day trip and a great place to snag a couple of Instagram-worthy fall pics.

Garden of the Gods
Most people enjoy visiting Garden of the Gods to be wowed by the rock formations, but in the fall, people are drawn to it because of its sea of red and gold trees. If you’ve never been then this is the time to check it out, and it’s only 90 minutes away!

Red River Gorge – KY
Roughly 4 hours from Evansville, Red River Gorge is a beautiful park to explore for a weekend getaway! Rent a cabin, hike some trails, and then pay a visit to Ye Ole Country Peddler for a little antique shopping and homemade fudge. For the best views of the beautiful fall foliage, take a hike up to the Natural Bridge, and be prepared to be amazed!
