The opportunity to join forces with their agents, leadership and staff is extraordinary. The tools, assets and support that they offer their agents made joining forces a natural fit.”

Market Continues to Thrive

For the first three months of 2015, the local market has continued to see increased sales prices. While overall number of homes sold is down, average sales price is up approximately 4.6%. “We have certainly entered a sellers market, with less inventory than we have seen historically,” added Eastridge. “That said, the number one driving force to getting a home sold is condition. Buyers still demand homes that are very well maintained and have modern amenities. If a seller has those and the price is set right, homes sell quickly.”

F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® continues to invest in technology that provides more information to buyers and sellers. “The new FCTuckerEmge.com is the most visited local real estate website because we make it so easy for homebuyers and sellers to find the information they need quickly,” commented Briscoe. “If you’re in the market to buy or sell a home, make F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® your first call.”
