Punch your way fit at the YMCA! Even if you’re a newbie, this is a great class for you to try. The instructors will make you feel welcome and the more experienced attendees are more than happy to show you the ropes. Bonus: boxing classes at the Y are free for members!
Edge Body Boot Camp
Despite the deceptive term “boot camp”, this is not a military training program. Edge Body Boot Camp is a fun challenge designed specifically for YOUR fitness goals. The coaches are there to motivate, encourage, and provide you with the proper tools to reach your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility, or maintain a healthy lifestyle, there’s a program for you.
Hardkour Parkour Ninja Unlimited
If you’ve ever played “the floor is lava” as a child, then you’re going to love the adult version of it. Although it’s intimidating to see regulars flipping off of walls, the instructors are friendly and make the experience an absolute blast.
Jazzercise
Don’t be lazy, be jazzy! Check out a calorie-torching Jazzercise session where you can burn up to 800 calories per an hour session.
Orangetheory Fitness
Unless you live under a rock, you’ve probably heard the hype around Orangetheory Fitness. Find out for yourself how effective a heart rate monitored workout can be, and be prepared for amazing results!
Pure Barre
This is a fun workout for those who are striving for a long and lean dancer’s body! Barre is a ballet inspired workout that targets developing lean legs, toned arms, and a strong core.

They also have classes that target specific parts of you body like; Hips and Hamstrings, Abs and Back, and Wrists and Shoulders. Be sure to check out the Warrior60 Class! We hear it’s one of the best in the area!
GRIT® is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) athletic class that incorporates GRIT® strength, GRIT® plyo, and GRIT® cardio. The workout uses barbells, weight plates, a bench, and you! This class will build strength and lean muscle, improving your cardio, and torch calories all in 30 minutes. Perfect for individuals who can’t devote hours to the gym!
