It’s that time of year again—the Evansville Parade of Homes is here! This eagerly awaited event
offers you an exclusive opportunity to explore dozens of newly built homes, each showcasing the
latest design trends, innovative features, and cutting-edge products. The Southwestern Indiana
Builders Association (SIBA) is launching this year’s Parade to celebrate Evansville’s local builders’
remarkable craftsmanship and creativity.
A Grand Kick-Off: Chefs on Parade
They will start this year’s Parade of Homes with an exclusive preview event, “Chefs on Parade,” on
Friday evening, May 31st, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This special preview will highlight four
exceptional homes where local caterers and restaurants will serve delectable dishes as you tour
each home. You won’t want to miss an evening of culinary delight and architectural inspiration!
Tickets for “Chefs on Parade” are $30 each, and that fee covers entry to all four homes. Tickets
can be purchased on The Southwestern Indiana Builders Association’s website, so grab yours
before they sell out!
Parade of Homes: Dates and Times
The main Parade of Homes event officially begins on Saturday, June 1st, running from 1 pm to 6
pm, and continues on Sunday, June 2nd, from 1 pm to 6 pm. The festivities will pick up again
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm. Please note that the Parade will
be closed on Tuesday.

This event offers a unique plethora of opportunities for prospective homebuyers, from planning or
buying their dream home to engaging with local builders and sales representatives, who will be
readily available to answer any questions attendees may have.

To enhance your experience, The Southwestern Indiana Builders Association integrated
accessible/user-friendly technology into this year’s Parade of Homes. Their website and QR
codes make it seamless for attendees to navigate through the event. Each home is linked with a
GPS pin, guiding you directly to the proper location. On their website, you can view photos and descriptions of each home and even create your custom parade of the homes you want to visit
with their “MyParade” feature.
Cast Your Vote: The People’s Choice Award
Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite home from each pricing category.
